Datang Telecom Plunges into 3G OSS Development

(SinoCast Via Thomson Dialog NewsEdge)XI'AN, Apr 19, 2006 (SinoCast via COMTEX) --Datang Software Technologies Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of China's leading telecom equipment and service provider Datang Telecom Technology Co., Ltd. (DTT), has set up a teamwork group with Xi'an branch of Datang Mobile Communications Equipment Co., Ltd., in an effort to form a complete solution for telecom operation support system in virtue of their respective advantages.



Operation support system (OSS) is the base to ensure 3G network applications. The cooperation will enable DTT to extend its OSS further into the field of management and control of mobile system and develop OSS suitable to 3G mobile communications network.

On April 6, the branch just wrapped up an agreement with Xi'an Datang Telecom Co., Ltd., DTT's Xi'an branch, to jointly develop next generation network solutions and relevant products for 3G core networks.
