DJ Ukraine Raw Sugar Import Quota Planned At 260,000 Tons/Yr(Comtex Finance Via Thomson Dialog NewsEdge)MOSCOW, Apr 19, 2006 (Dow Jones Commodities News via Comtex) --Ukraine's economy ministry has submitted to the cabinet a draft decree providing for an annual raw sugar import quota of 260,000 metric tons, the government press office reported Wednesday, quoting economy minister Sergey Romanyuk. Romanyuk said the quota was necessitated by the conditions of Ukraine's World Trade Organization accession negotiations with Australia.
