April 17 (Interfax) - OOO Microsoft Rus, the Russian representation of the U.S. company Microsoft, has announced the launch of an MSN division, to develop and promote Internet services. Microsoft Rus said in a press release that Vsevolod Leonov has been appointed as manager for MSN business development. His responsibilities include the development and implementation of a strategy for the development of MSN information and communication services on the Russian market, and also management of the division's marketing activity. The Russian MSN subdivision will be coordinated by Arend J.
