WHEELING, Ill. --(Business Wire)-- April 17, 2006 -- BOWE BELL + HOWELL, a leading provider of document processing and postal solutions, announces the expansion of its service offerings and the opening of a facility dedicated to supporting business continuity services in Bethlehem, Pa.
