TechWhale Solutions Announces Release of BlueWhaleCRM Version 2.6

MIAMI --(Business Wire)-- April 17, 2006 -- TechWhale Solutions (http://www.techwhale.com), a leader in mid-market to enterprise Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software and services, is pleased to announce the release of version 2.6 of its BlueWhaleCRM software.



Version 2.6 of BlueWhaleCRM provides a great deal of usability, security, and functionality enhancements to further the users' experience. Additional workflow functionality, email automation, file management and AJAX inclusion makes this the fastest and most powerful release to date. Additionally, new reporting and web-service functionality have been introduced to enable full interaction with existing infrastructures.

BlueWhaleCRM is offered in three formats: a Standard, a Hosted, and a Developer edition. All three editions of BlueWhaleCRM are delivered with the full functionality offered by the software, including the ability to customize the application via an extensive administrative console and access to the API. The Developer edition provides companies with the source code needed to customize the application and integrate it with their current applications and architectures. The Standard Edition is being offered at $150 per user and the Hosted Edition is available for just $35 per user per month.



Custom Solutions

Because it enables companies to rapidly and inexpensively develop custom solutions, BlueWhaleCRM provides a level of flexibility not available with many other products. TechWhale offers software development services to help customize a company's implementation of BlueWhaleCRM to their exact business model or specifications. Additionally, TechWhale offers training services on the Developer edition for companies with the resources to perform their customizations in-house.
