eircom Connects to tel(x)'s Brilliant Platform(sm) at One Wilshire in L.A.

NEW YORK, April 17 /PRNewswire/ -- Showing continued growth, tel(x) announces eircom, the largest telecommunications operator in the Republic of Ireland, as the latest network provider to interconnect to the Brilliant Platform(sm) at One Wilshire's meet-me-room in Los Angeles. Adding this international incumbent carrier to the tel(x) Brilliant Platform on the west coast marks an important milestone for both companies.

Through tel(x)'s Brilliant Platform in Los Angeles, eircom can now directly interconnect with the Asian and Pacific Rim carriers among One Wilshire's 300+ strong carrier network community. This connection gives them access to a vast number of domestic and international network providers at a reasonable price. Additionally, eircom is connected to the Brilliant Platform in New York giving them an equal virtual presence on both coasts.
