BISCit Wins ISPA's Best Dial-Up Award

London, February 24, 2006 - BISCit Internet, one of Britain's most dynamic broadband providers, has won the ISPA's Best Dial-Up Award for 2006. Nathan
Relevy, BISCit's CEO, accepted the award on behalf of the company at the ISPA Awards Ceremony in London on February 23, 2006.

An ISPA spokesperson said, "The judges considered BISCit Internet to offer the best all-round dial-up package, combining a simple and cost-effective product with superior levels of customer support."

Testing to determine the best dial-up solution on the market used a 56kbps modem and a normal telephone line. A number of core results are recorded ... time to establish connection to the Internet, speed of connection to the
internet, incidents of connection failure, speed of connection when downloading data, speed of connection when uploading data, DNS time, and DNS failure.

ISPs' solutions were also judged on a number of value- and service-add criteria including price/value for money, time from order to delivery, contract options, number of free hours for unmetered services, length of time passing before connection cut off for unmetered services, restrictions on what can be downloaded, value added services, and customer support.

BISCit was also a finalist for two other ISPA Awards this year - Best Consumer ISP and Best Heavy Consumer Broadband ISP.
