ICCM Conference & Expo Announces 2005 Best of Show Awards; Leading Contact Center Solutions Recognized for Ease of Integration, Implementation, System Quality and Customer Service Features

LAS VEGAS --(Business Wire)-- Sept. 27, 2005 -- Questex Media Group, Inc. has announced today the recipients of its sixth annual ICCM Conference & Expo "Best of Show" Awards, honoring exhibitors and products with the best potential to change the future of the contact center industry. The presentations were made during a ceremony held Tuesday morning, September 27, at ICCM Conference & Expo at the Bellagio Hotel in Las Vegas.



ICCM attracts thousands of professionals annually and provides an opportunity for them to network with the world's leading organizations while actively looking for products and solutions to drive revenue and increase efficiency.

The Best of Show judges, comprised of independent industry analysts, consultants, editors and writers, presented awards to 12 ICCM exhibitors in several categories. Entries were judged on ease of integration, implementation, system quality, customer service features and return on investment.
