Telogis Named Deloitte Rising Star for Second Consecutive Year

COSTA MESA, Calif. --(Business Wire)-- Sept. 26, 2005 -- For the second consecutive year, Telogis has been named a Rising Star in Deloitte's Technology Fast 50 program for Orange County. The Rising Star award is a special designation for fast-growth companies in business just three or four years and is part of the Orange County Technology Fast 50 program, which ranks the 50 fastest-growing technology companies with headquarters in Orange County. Rising Star rankings are based on percentage growth over three years (2002-2004).

Telogis is a location-based services company that designs software, provides asset tracking services, and manufactures hardware. Telogis offers a platform of products and services used by GPS, Asset Location, Asset Tracking, Telematics, and Telemetry companies. Telogis' two principal products are OnTrack(TM), a complete Fleet Management and Asset Tracking Solution for Enterprise and small business fleets, and GeoBase(TM), an OEM/Enterprise mapping engine with integrated NAVTEQ map data. Telogis licenses its OnTrack(TM) and GeoBase(TM) products worldwide with deployments in the United States, Canada, Mexico, and Venezuela.

"To make the Technology Fast 50 Rising Star category, companies within Orange County must have had tremendous revenue growth from 2002-2004," said Fred Poska, partner, media & telecommunications, Deloitte & Touche LLP. "Deloitte applauds Telogis for having the long-term vision to develop technologies that change the way we work and play."

"Telogis is honored to be recognized as a Deloitte Rising Star for a second consecutive year," commented Steve Rabago, CEO of Telogis. "We attribute Telogis' success to our company's dedication to provide quality service and innovative telematics solutions."

To qualify for the Technology Fast 50 Rising Star program, companies must have had operating revenues of at least $50,000 in 2002 an $1,000,000 in 2004, must be public or private companies with headquarters in North America, and be a "technology company," defined as a company that owns proprietary technology that contributes to a significant portion of revenues to the research and development of technology. Using other companies' technology in a unique way does not qualify.
