Xactware Inc. Releases ILX Construction Training Online

OREM, Utah --(Business Wire)-- Sept. 1, 2005 -- Xactware Inc. released an online version of its award-winning Interactive Learning Xperience (ILX) Construction Training.

ILX Construction Training is the pioneer in multimedia training for the residential construction industry. Since 1997, the video and computer animation-based ILX Construction Training has been available on CD-ROM and will now be available in both the CD-ROM format and the newly released online version.



Matt Weir, the new product manager stated, "Customers will really appreciate the flexible purchase options. Online users can essentially create their own training curriculum by purchasing individual courses and consequently only pay for the training they need."

Weir indicates that a variety of pricing options are available including individual, bundled or subscription packages.



Some of the touted features include video instruction giving a first-hand view of the construction process, self-administered quizzes and exams for the individual user and student management tools to allow organizations to monitor their student's progress.

The company claims that insurance companies, contractors, adjusters, home inspectors, educators, homeowners and anyone else wanting to learn more about the concepts behind the construction industry will benefit from these courses.

ILX Construction Training has been endorsed or approved by the following organizations for Continuing Education Units: American Institute of Building Design, American Society of Home Inspectors, American Institute for Chartered Property Casualty Underwriters, Insurance Institute of America, Adjusters of America, National Association of Home Inspectors and North Carolina Home Inspector Licensure Board.
