Unisys Selects Verint Networked Video Solution for TSA Airport Security Program

MELVILLE, N.Y. --(Business Wire)-- March 22, 2005 -- Verint Systems Inc. (NASDAQ: VRNT), a leading provider of analytic software-based solutions for communications interception, networked video security and business intelligence, today announced that Unisys Corp. (NYSE: UIS) has selected Verint's Networked Video Solution to enhance airport security and to help ensure a safe environment for passengers. Verint is a subcontractor to Unisys on the Transportation Security Administration's (TSA) information technology managed services contract.



Verint's Networked Video Solution is currently being tested by the TSA at certain U.S. commercial airports as part of a pilot program. Verint's Networked Video Solution is designed to help the TSA monitor, capture and analyze video across secure areas of the airports.
