Modulant Appoints Albert Fox to Lead Federal Sales; Industry Veteran is Tapped to Further Expand Modulant's Presence in the Federal Government Sector

Mr. Fox was named Vice President of Federal Sales, where he will be responsible for all facets of expanding Modulant's presence in the Federal Marketplace. He holds a BA in Finance from the University of South Florida, and a MBA in Information Systems from the University of North Florida.
