CYOP Announces New Revenue Share Agreement; Host.sk to Offer Crediplay Skill Games to its Network of 110,000 Websites
BEVERLY HILLS, Calif. --(Business Wire)-- March 14, 2005 -- CYOP Systems International Inc. (OTCBB:CYOS), a leading provider of online video games and tournaments of skill, is pleased to announce that it has reached an agreement with Prime Multimedia International LLC., whereby CYOP's licensed Pay for Play software, CrediPlay, will be available to their customer base.
Prime Multimedia owns and operates Host.sk, a network of sites that receives over 1.5 million unique visits per day. Web traffic will be driven to CYOP's gaming portals by use of rich media advertising that will be integrated into approximately 110,000 individual websites that are based in Europe and North America.
CYOP will also provide Prime Multimedia with its licensed CrediPlay software where people play games and in tournaments for cash and prizes.
Poker Update - The previously announced Poker software is going through final testing and integration into CYOP's licensed transactional gaming software, CrediPlay. The Company expects to have the product launched later this month.
