CommPartners Launches Information Technology Channel Partner Program to Deliver IP-Hosted Enterprise-Class VoIP Solutions

LAS VEGAS, Nev. --(Business Wire)-- March 2, 2005 -- Anexeon Communications Selected to Lead IT Channel Partner & Training Services Program to Enable IT Integrators to Offer CommPartners' Privately Branded VoIP Platform with Bundled Features

CommPartners, an IP-based network operator and telephony services and solutions provider, today announced the launch of its information technology (IT) channel partner program designed to enable IT providers to offer CommPartners' enterprise VoIP solutions to small, medium and large businesses. CommPartners has tapped Anexeon Communications to lead its national IT channel partner program. As part of the partnership, CommPartners and Anexeon Communications have developed a comprehensive program to enable IT channel partners to market, deploy and support VoIP solutions to these rapidly growing markets.

Anexeon Communications will offer a channel program for the IT Integrator with a full range of training services enabling IT integrators to leverage CommPartners' full turnkey solution to deliver services including bundled calling packages, simultaneous calling features, call transfer and "find me" service, voicemail, Caller ID, and conferencing. In addition, CommPartners' solution includes CommPartners Management System (CMS) proprietary OSS platform for automated provisioning, billing, user interface and back office support capabilities, auto attendant, and four digit dialing between offices. As part of its partner program, Anexeon Communications will offer service integration as well as sales and marketing training to all members.

Through the Anexeon Communications IT channel partner program, IT providers will now be able to leverage existing IP-based customer connections to deliver robust telephony communications solutions at significant cost savings to end customers, while also establishing additional revenue streams and enhancing customer loyalty. IT integrators will also benefit from the combined expertise of both Anexeon Communications and CommPartners to deliver a wider selection of voice, data and security solutions and services to their SMB customers.

"CommPartners is blazing new ground in the VoIP industry with the introduction of its channel partner program," said Michael McGhee, CEO, Anexeon Communications. "The future of voice is IP-based, and it's here today. This program offers the best success tools and opportunities for IT integrators selling hosted PBX services into their customers."

"Small, medium and large businesses are ready to experience the tremendous advantages of VoIP. By establishing our IT channel partner program, we are able to marry CommPartners' enterprise-class VoIP services with Anexeon's immense expertise and deep relationships with IT providers to deliver a win-win to businesses," said Dave Clark, president and chief executive officer of CommPartners. "Today marks a significant step in facilitating wide-spread adoption of VoIP among the business community. We are proud to inaugurate our program with Anexeon and look forward to the growth of our membership."

CommPartners, which recently announced it has secured a total of $28 million in equity funding, will extend its IP/PSTN network coverage to 95% of domestic U.S. local calling areas by year-end 2005. CommPartners' current coverage area features an "NFL city footprint" with VoIP services and local telephone numbers available in major metropolitan areas across the U.S. With over 20 state certifications in place, CommPartners has applied for and expects to obtain Competitive Local Exchange Carrier (CLEC) status in all 50 states by mid-2005, classifying it as one of the largest CLEC networks in the U.S. The company has architected its network for business-quality VoIP services, E-911 emergency services capabilities and CALEA compliance--emerging issues that pose challenges to many VoIP service providers.
