Research and Markets: 3G was Banked to Help Wireless Carriers Reduce Their Dependence on Voice Services Making Way for a Data-Centric World - What's Happened Since?
DUBLIN, Ireland --(Business Wire)-- June 15, 2005 -- Research and Markets (http://www.researchandmarkets.com/reports/c19269) has announced the addition of 3G Deployment Update to their offering.
3G was envisioned as the technology that would help wireless carriers reduce their dependence on voice services, and transition to a new data-centric world. Afterall, the wired world had made the transition to the Internet in a big way, why not wireless as well?
