Telpro Technologies Acquires Blue Star Telecommunications
SAN RAMON, Calif. --(Business Wire)-- Jan. 24, 2005 -- TPI Acquisitions, Inc., dba: Telpro Technologies has acquired all of the assets of Blue Star Telecommunications, Inc. as of January 15, 2005.
Larry Jordan, CEO, Chairman and owner of TPI Acquisitions acquired Blue Star Telecommunications as a means to add significant value to TPI Acquisitions current and future market and customer penetration strategy.
Jordan also finalized the re-acquisition of Telpro Technologies, a telecommunications engineering and installation company, in October 2004. He decided to re-purchase the company to rebuild its customer portfolio and company image after Linc.net filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy on behalf of all its companies (including Telpro) in July of 2002. Jordan originally co-founded Telpro in 1990 and sold the business to Linc.net Inc. in March 2000.
Blue Star Telecommunications Inc. is a northern California-based engineering and installation company providing services to ILECs (Independent Local Exchange Carriers) and CLECs (Competitive Local Exchange Carriers). Blue Star Telecommunications installs transport-switching equipment and provides central office detail engineering specifications.
TPI Acquisitions corporate headquarters is located in San Ramon, California. Field offices are in Sacramento, Fairfield, and Brea, California; San Antonio, Richardson, and Houston, Texas; and Atlanta, Georgia.
In addition to his successful business ventures, Jordan is a community-minded individual.
