Cable Industry Veteran Craig Kugler Joins ICTV As Senior Vice President, Customer Service and Operations


LOS GATOS, Calif. --(Business Wire)-- Jan. 19, 2005 -- ICTV, creator of HeadendWare(R), the broadband industry's most powerful platform for the delivery and distribution of compelling interactive content, announced today that Craig Kugler has joined the company in the newly created position of Senior Vice President, Customer Service and Operations.

Kugler, who has 26 years experience in the cable and telecommunications industries, will be responsible for directing and managing all aspects of ICTV's ongoing customer relationships including Product Deployment Management, Technical Services, Professional Services and Customer Service. In addition, Kugler will have overall responsibility for ICTV's Quality Assurance and Manufacturing Operations.

Kugler joins ICTV after a 26-year career with DST Innovis, where he was promoted from director of development to several senior positions, including vice president, custom solution services, vice president, program management, and ultimately, vice president, broadband program management. During his tenure with DST Innovis, he earned increasingly greater levels of responsibility for development, for meeting customers' day-to-day business needs, and finally for the management of strategic planning, development and execution of products for the company's broadband customers.
