In addition, a New York based financier, David Mimran, joins the board as director. "Realm has developed technology that will truly revolutionize network computing," said Mr. Artale. Frank Artale was founder of Consera Software, a technology venture acquired by Hewlett-Packard in February of 2004. Frank also served as Vice President of the Windows Solutions Group at VERITAS.
