ADMET Appoints Scott Martin Technical Sales EngineerNORWOOD, Mass. --(Business Wire)-- Feb. 8, 2005 -- ADMET(TM) Inc., a provider of integrated materials testing systems, today announced that Scott Martin has joined the company in the newly created position of technical sales engineer. Martin will be responsible for generating new end user and Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) accounts in specific markets. Martin joins ADMET from Edgemar Corporation of North Attleboro, Mass., where he was manager of operations and, in addition to operations, had responsibility for finance, marketing and staff hiring and training. Previously, he held sales engineer and sales management positions at other technology companies, including Lytron Inc. of Woburn, Mass., Prior Scientific Inc. of Rockland, Mass., Flowserve Corp. of Kalamazoo, Mich., and Lawrence Pumps Inc. of Lawrence, Mass. Martin holds a Bachelor of Science degree in industrial technology from the University of Massachusetts, Lowell and a Bachelor of Science degree in business administration from Iowa State University in Ames, Iowa.
