L&H Tecnologia plans VoIP service for May

(BNamericas.com)Brazilian IT solutions provider L&H Tecnologia plans to launch VoIP services in May 2006, company director Lus Henrique Maciel told BNamericas.

Among L&H's systems integration operations are telecoms services for clients such as American Express and digital TV firm SKY, but the company expects increased telecoms sector sales once it has launched VoIP, said Maciel.

Although the company will not release sales growth projections in their telecom business line yet, expectations are quite positive, Maciel stated.

L&H Tecnologia reported this week that 30% of its revenues come from the sale of products made by US application management solutions developer Quest Software (Nasdaq: QSFT). The number is expected to reach 50% in 2006.

The company is now developing its VoIP platform, scheduled to end around April-May, although there is room for further investments, the director stated.
