In this role, Cagle will be responsible for finance and accounting, human resources, legal, administration, and leading the company's effort to raise additional capital. Cagle brings to his position an extensive background in corporate finance, strategic planning, management, and information technology. Prior to joining Air2Web, Cagle served as Chief Financial Officer for USIEnergy, where he was instrumental in the recent successful sale of the company.
