ASG Forms Strategic Partnership with Ecora; Adds Leading Change and Configuration Management Software Solutions to ASG's Infrastructure Management Tools
NAPLES, Fla. --(Business Wire)-- Aug. 8, 2005 -- ASG, an enterprise software and professional services provider to Global 5000 companies, today announced a strategic partnership with Ecora, a leader in change and configuration management software solutions supporting IT control, compliance, and security.
Under the terms of the agreement, ASG will market and distribute Ecora's change and configuration management software as ASG-Ecora(R) Enterprise Auditor(TM) and ASG-Ecora(R) Patch Manager(TM). The ASG-Ecora products significantly reduce the time and cost of implementing repeatable and sustainable IT processes to identify, control, and validate configuration standards, changes, and security patches throughout the enterprise.
