Mr. Tandon will also join the Board. Prior to this appointment, Mr. Tandon served as a Senior Vice President with Syntel, Inc. (Nasdaq:SYNT), a $186M IT services firm. He has over 20 years of technology experience in the areas of solution delivery, operations, sales, and business unit management. Mr. Tandon played a key role in the corporate transformation at Syntel from an IT staffing firm to a global outsourcing corporation. Before joining Syntel in 1992, Mr. Tandon worked for Tata Consultancy Services (TCS), a Tier 1 global outsourcing firm based in India.
