Symbol Urges Congress To Support RFID And Electronic Medication Administration To Reduce Errors And Costs
HOLTSVILLE, N.Y., Sept. 29 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Symbol Technologies, Inc. , The Enterprise Mobility Company(TM), announced today that Larry Blue, vice president and general manager of Symbol's RFID Tag Business Unit will testify before the Government Reform Committee regarding healthcare and information technology (IT). The hearing is scheduled for Thursday, September 29 at 10 a.m. Mr. Blue will provide thoughts on how mobile computers and radio frequency identification (RFID) technology can help reduce medical errors and help combat counterfeit drugs.
