Hitachi High Technologies America Announces 3rd Annual Three City Nanotechnology Seminar Series
PLEASANTON, Calif. --(Business Wire)-- Sept. 26, 2005 -- Hitachi High Technologies America, Inc., Nanotechnology Group, will host its third annual free nanotechnology seminars taking place in three U.S. cities during the week of October 17-21, 2005.
The first day long seminar will begin at 9:30 a.m. on Monday, October 17, 2005 at the Omni Hotel at Southpark in Austin, Texas. The series will be repeated in Albany, New York on Wednesday, October 19, 2005 and in Santa Cruz, California on Friday, October 21, 2005. Tours of the seminar host facilities will also be available at two of the sites for attendees. All of the seminars are free of charge and will feature presentations by renowned microscopy experts and scientists. Researchers and application engineers from Hitachi High-Technologies in Japan will discuss recent developments in nanotechnology and semiconductor processing trends.
