SigmaQuest and Customer Service Associates Announce Distribution Agreement

SANTA CLARA, Calif. & ST. LOUIS --(Business Wire)-- Sept. 23, 2005 -- Joint Customers to Benefit from CSA's Manufacturing Test Expertise and SigmaQuest's Software for Visibility into Product Performance and Quality Throughout Manufacturing



SigmaQuest(TM) Inc., the leading provider of software for visibility into product performance and quality throughout manufacturing and a product's lifecycle, and Customer Service Associates Inc. (CSA), a leading supplier of sales, applications and maintenance solutions for test and manufacturing systems, today announced they have entered in to a definitive distribution agreement. CSA has agreed to sell and support SigmaQuest's product performance intelligence software throughout North America.

CSA, with over 130 sales and support staff in the U.S. and Canada, is providing sales and support for all SigmaQuest's solutions, and adds to SigmaQuest's direct sales team to ensure that the company's growing customer base will continue to receive tier-one service. Product offerings to be represented include SigmaQuest's SigmaSure Enterprise Edition, which provides OEMs with real-time product quality and performance insight during manufacturing and throughout a product's lifecycle, as well as the newly released SigmaExpress, which is SigmaQuest's first hosted "on-demand" service.
