Enterprise VoIP Peering at a Leading Industry Event in Los Angeles
New York, NY [9/20/05] — telx announces that Chief Strategy Officer Hunter Newby accepted an invitation to present three sessions titled, VoIP Peering Through ENUM Registries, The State of VoIP Peering and The Future of Enterprise Network Peering at TMC’s INTERNET TELEPHONY® Conference & EXPO Fall 2005 on October 24 and 26 at the Los Angeles, California Convention Center.
INTERNET TELEPHONY® Conference & EXPO, held October 24-27, 2005, is the world’s largest and best-attended VoIP trade show. Last February, the show drew over 6,200 buyers and sellers of VoIP products and services to Miami. For this upcoming October show, TMC projects total attendance to exceed 7,500.
"telx is proud to present and discuss the current and developing trends in VoIP Peering as well as moderate a panel discussion on the Future of Enterprise Network Peering at INTERNET TELEPHONY®‘s upcoming Conference & EXPO,” states Mr. Newby. “As a physical layer provider of network interconnections in two of the world’s largest carrier hotels, we are in the unique position of knowing the industry’s trends towards building and deploying Ethernet transport, VoIP, ENUM and SIP services driven by the increasing demand from the Enterprise market."
“We are very pleased that Mr. Newby is participating in this year’s show. telx is widely recognized and respected as an industry leader, and I am confident that our attendees will appreciate and value the opportunity to hear his perspective,” said TMC president and conference co-chair, Rich Tehrani. “Over the past twelve months, widespread adoption of VoIP by global service providers, businesses and governments has reinforced that this exciting technology is a viable, cost-effective communications solution. As a result, we are seeing a significant number of senior-level executives attending INTERNET TELEPHONY Conference & EXPO as a means of learning about the technology so they too can take advantage of its benefits.”
Registration for the show is now open. Anyone interested may register by visiting http://www.itexpo.com. Limited booth space is still available as well. Vendors interested in exhibiting at the show should contact Dave Rodriguez at 1-203-852-6800, ext. 146 or at firstname.lastname@example.org.
