Syntora Inc. Solution Now Rated �Avaya Compliant�

The Syntora application now is compliance-tested by Avaya for compatibility with the Avaya Call Management System, which monitors and analyzes the performance of contact center operations, and with the Avaya Predictive Dialing System, which automates outbound dialing.
