Olitel Telecom, an Avaya Business Partner managed the implementation at T-Systems' headquarters in Vila Olimpia, Sao Paulo. The T-Systems implementation is one of the most sophisticated networks of its kind, and has transformed the company's headquarters into a showcase of what IP technology can do for the company and its customers. T-Systems plans to take advantage of the migration path offered by Avaya which enables the company to install IP Telephony in other offices throughout Brazil, while protecting investments made in existing equipment. The solution that was implemented by Olitel Telecom includes: Avaya Communication Manager, the company's industry-leading IP telephony software which is a key component of the Avaya MultiVantage Communications Application Suite, the company's portfolio of open standards-based, IP-telephony communications applications. The software runs on an Avaya server equipped with more than 500 Avaya 4612 IP Telephones.
