Neutron Enterprises Awarded Contract for Pacific National Exhibition


MONTREAL --(Business Wire)-- May 31, 2005 -- Neutron Enterprises, Inc. ("Neutron" or the "Company") (OTC BB-NTRN) today announced that its Digital Signage Broadcast Network's mobile digital signage division (DSBN) has been awarded a 3 year contract for the Pacific National Exhibition (PNE).

The Fair at the PNE, celebrating its 95th year, starts in August and runs through Labour Day. The PNE is the largest ticketed event in British Columbia and features exciting shows, attractions, thrilling rides and midway games, hundreds of exhibitors, great shopping and delicious foods from around the world! The Fair, offering something for the entire family, has become an "End of Summer" tradition.

DSBN will provide a mobile LED screen, strategically located to maximize the viewing experience for over 1 million attendees during the two week period. The screen will be located at the main entrance and will be visible to all attendees.
