Infowave Hires Industry Veteran as New VP Marketing


VANCOUVER, British Columbia --(Business Wire)-- May 25, 2005 -- Infowave Software, Inc. (TSX:IW), a leading provider of enterprise mobile applications (EMA), today announced that industry marketing veteran William R. "Bill" Pieser has joined the Vancouver, BC based mobile enterprise software provider as Vice President of Marketing. He brings over 20 years of industry experience in product development, corporate marketing, business development, and mergers and acquisitions to the company.



Mr. Pieser has had successes in military/aerospace, communications/networking, and enterprise software sectors, including public company turnarounds as a senior executive at Frame Technology (acquired by Adobe Systems in 1995) and Platinum Software (now Epicor). He has focused on enterprise software solutions for global markets and targeted verticals since 1993. Most recently he was Executive Vice President of Business Development for CapitalStream, a provider of front office automation to the financial services industry. Mr. Pieser has a BS in Electrical Engineering from Thomas Edison State College and is a member of the IEEE.

At Infowave, Mr. Pieser will be responsible for corporate product direction, strategic partnerships, channels development, and marketing programs.
