HTLT Technologies Launches VoIP-It!Laurel - HTLT Technologies (HTLT) today announced VoIP-It!, an add-on to its Local Call Analyzer (LCA) Enterprise product, providing a unified pricing data base for determining switched access rates and costs for calls by NPA-NXX within or between all calling areas in the United States. VoIP-It! is the essential database for telecom mangers to generate the data and analysis they need to make fully informed decisions on their current and future traffic delivery costs and business plans. The indicative cost differences are very large: a VoIP provider’s access cost per month for a customer with 1,000 MOUs may range from $1 under reciprocal compensation to $6 at FCC/Interstate rates to $10 at full interstate/intrastate rates. Using VoIP-It! with the LCA Enterprise provides a complete and convenient data base for the analysis of Customer Data Reports to determine: • Whether a call is “local” according to Incumbent Local Exchange Carrier (ILEC) standards and subject to reciprocal compensation (the default recip comp value is .07 cents per minute) • If not local, whether the call is intrastate or interstate by ILEC designation and what are the total switched access minutes-of-use charges incurred per the intrastate or FCC interstate tariffs applied by the ILEC or ILECs delivering the call.
