Tegal Corporation Management to Present at Stephens Inc. Nanotechnology Investors Conference
PETALUMA, Calif. --(Business Wire)-- March 25, 2005 -- Tegal Corporation (Nasdaq:TGAL), a leading designer and manufacturer of plasma etch and deposition systems used in the production of integrated circuits and nanotechnology devices, today announced that Company CEO Thomas Mika and CFO Christine Hergenrother will present at the Stephens Inc. 2005 Nanotechnology Investors Conference in Pasadena, California.
