While there, he helped raise venture capital and readied the company for its IPO. McHugh also held regional sales management positions at Stanford Technology Group and Kendall Square Research, and various sales and marketing positions at Multitrack Software, Metier Management Systems (Lockheed Aerospace) and EMC Corporation.
