Centergistic Solutions’ Announces Release of AgentView Enterprise Version 4.0 Performance Management


June 21, 2005 Orange, CA--- Centergistic Solutions is pleased to announce the general availability of Release 4.0 of its award-winning AgentView® Enterprise performance management systems.

The primary focus of the new version is the addition of several Microsoft security components. The AgentView Enterprise 4.0 platform supports authenticating users, managing user profiles and permissions. The AgentView Authentication Personalization and Licensing manger or “APL”, has been designed to address two critical business needs: security and access permissions. The APL prevents unauthorized access to Centergistic Solutions’ AgentView software. It incorporates the very latest in security features available in the market today, significantly reducing the risk of a malicious attack and vulnerability to security violations, identified as a potential threat in the operation of our software.

As you are aware, Microsoft has been proactive in identifying and releasing security updates for their operating systems to ensure that they are secure. AgentView 4.0 is our response to the increased need for a highly secure communications system. AgentView 4.0 will allow companies to protect their real time metrics and communication system from such malicious attacks.”

In addition to the heightened security measures, AgentView has several other enhancements, including high performance data collection, which reduces the network bandwidth requirements and storage load on database systems. With 4.0, IT professionals can define data storage lifetimes to manage disk space allotments and processing. AgentView 4.0 also comes with enhanced graphics and more flexible layouts to create a high impact unified view of information that is more eye-catching and even easier to maintain.
