Isensix and Helmer Announce Strategic Partnership for Wireless Remote Monitoring; Helmer to Market Isensix Solution under Celaris Brand to Hospitals and Blood Centers


SAN DIEGO --(Business Wire)-- June 6, 2005 -- Isensix, Inc. (www.isensix.com), the leading provider of web-based wireless monitoring systems for Healthcare and Life Sciences facilities, today announced that it has signed a strategic partnership with Helmer Inc. to market Isensix wireless monitoring technology under the Celaris(TM) brand name. Helmer is a leading provider of equipment storage for blood supplies and reagents.



By adding the Celaris(TM) Wireless Alarm/Monitoring System to its product line, Helmer will now be able to offer complete storage and monitoring solutions to the hospital and blood center market.
