In Booth 804, attendees can experience LumenVox's Tuner for themselves. This flexible, powerful, easy-to-use tool allows companies to perform tuning and testing in-house; companies can quickly evaluate application performance and try out changes before redeploying.

The integrated support for ScanSoft makes LumenVox's Speech Tuner even more essential, as the Tuner can be used to improve applications built on ScanSoft and Nuance platforms, as well as the companies' future merged speech engine. LumenVox's Tuner will provide a bridge for whichever engine becomes the ScanSoft/Nuance base; customers will be able to switch applications to that engine safely.
The Speech Tuner also allows customers to test sentences against SRGS grammars, providing the ability to validate sample text against application grammars.
LumenVox actively supports the VoiceXML forum and its emerging data logging recommendation. Whatever style of data logging is chosen, LumenVox's Speech Tuner will support it.
