PCC Launches Management Software for Condo HotelsSALT LAKE CITY --(Business Wire)-- Jan. 6, 2005 -- PCC, the leading developer of resort management software, formally launched CondotelWare today. The new software specifically for condo hotels will be unveiled at the Americas Lodging Investment Summit, Jan. 18 - 20, in Los Angeles. CondotelWare is the first full-service system to manage the complexities of multiple ownership for condominium hotels. The Web-interfacing software is compatible with existing hotel reservation and management systems. It helps owners and developers master all aspects of running a condo hotel including owner accounting, reservations, rental programs, inventory, and owner services. CondotelWare was installed in December at the Mayfair House Hotel, a 179-suite, AAA Four-Diamond resort in Miami, Fla. During the next several months, more properties including Printers Row Hotel, Chicago, will join the growing list of CondotelWare users. In addition, Owner Concierge tracks owner preferences, enabling staffs to provide more personalized service. CondotelWare can be customized to meet the needs of a specific property. The turnkey system interfaces seamlessly with other resort reservation and management software. It is designed for quick installation in a day and easy operation after one - two days of training.
