Contact center recording and quality monitoring solutions provider Davacord, Inc. (formerly VoiceLogger) has been purchased by OnviSource, the parent company of CadCom Telesystems, Business Solutions and Axius Portals.

Financial details and corporate leadership information regarding this acquisition are not yet available.

The purpose of OnviSource’s all-cash transaction of Davacord is to position the former to deliver productivity and compliance tools, operations support capabilities, inbound and outbound call handling and revenue-bearing vertical applications.

“We wanted a company that could immediately complement our current product offerings and fill the needs of our customers,” said OnviSource Chairman and CEO Ray S. Naeini in a corporate statement.

Davacord’s DigiVoiceXE product suite is designed to streamline existing operational processes by capturing 100 percent of voice and data activity, and by applying tracking, analyzing and monitoring capabilities through one centralized interface. This enables Davacord customers to achieve higher levels of performance, recording quality and liability protection more efficiently.

“Davacord’s robust and advanced products significantly enhance our integrated offerings while expanding our market reach through their current strong customer base,” Naeini continued.

OnviSource’s strategy is based on simplifying and integrating complex, costly and stand-alone contact center applications, “much like personal computers and their integrated office software products did for office applications,” according to the announcement. OnviSource is implementing this strategy via its provision of a suite of integrated, cost-effective and user-friendly contact center applications. OnviSource is the parent company of a group that offers a suite of integrated system and software applications, hosted application services, telecom access services and business outsourcing services in sales, marketing, and business operations.

“This acquisition is also a strategic alliance which will ultimately benefit all of our customers,” according to Davacord President and CEO Jon McNaught. “With the addition of the CadCom Telesystems product line, we will be able to offer customers a true one-stop shopping experience for many of their contact center needs.”

Davacord and CadCom Telesystems can be seen under their new aligned corporate banner at the ACCE Call Center Demo and Conference, September 20-22.
