Vancouver, BC April 7, 2005 -- enGenic Corporation, a leading developer of innovative software solutions which enable business, industry and government to automate their telecommunications and voice-driven applications, and Natural Speech Communication (NSC), a state-of-the-art provider of speech recognition technology for telephony systems and multi-user services, today announced their strategic partnership to provide a complete solution for real-time call monitoring.

enGenics software, BOSS Word Verify, when combined with NSCs Hardware-Based Automatic Speech Recognition product and Ai-Logixs WordALERT Developers Platform, provides a complete package for automating call monitoring. This solution enables the tracking and flagging of user-defined keywords in real-time, as well as offline with post-processing, for automated operator supervision and continuous monitoring of calls. The resulting solution is unique in the call monitoring market for this ability.

After the NSC board spots the specified words, BOSS Word Verify displays the visual cues within the voice recordings to highlight spotted content as well as provide confidence percentages ready for further review or archiving as required. Additionally, BOSS Word Verify provides search logic and filtering tools to further manage the voice files with reports to track the actions taken as a result of the flagged calls.

We are pleased to have such a strong partner in the call monitoring market, states Vern Baker, President of enGenic. NSC's unique, real-time word-spotting hardware, coupled with the innovative BOSS Word Verify software, provide an efficient means to detect keywords spoken for call recording, quality assurance monitoring, and security applications for our joint users.
