Homeland Security Network, Inc. delivers first major shipment of iTrax GPS Tracking Units

FRISCO, Texas --(Business Wire)-- April 5, 2005 -- Nears Completion of Strategic Partnership Agreement with Major International Electronics Manufacturing Company

Homeland Security Network, Inc. ("HSNi") (OTC: HSYN) has announced the consumer products division's first major shipment of iTrax GPS tracking devices. HSNi's east coast distributor, Mobile Remedies International, has commitments from auto dealers in the New York metropolitan area for this initial shipment. MRI has placed an immediate second order due to rapid sales and has purchased the next 3 months production of iTrax tracking/auto start model.

"We knew we had a product in our tracking/auto start model for which there could be substantial demand, but the short time it took for one distributor to sell the entire order surprised even us," said Charles Norman, President and CEO of HSNi. "Also, MRI's commitment for an even larger second order has caused the company to immediately consider raising the annual sales projections for our consumer products division," further states Norman.

In other news, HSNi and its international electronics manufacturing source have agreed on all major business considerations and plan to complete their agreement later this month in New York. The electronics company will help co-develop and manufacture additional iTrax products exclusively for HSNi. "We believe that this strategic partnership will be an excellent business combination that will give our company an enormous advantage in the rapidly expanding GPS tracking industry," states Norman. "Their production capabilities could give us the facilities to become one of the largest producers of this type GPS tracking devices in the world," Norman concludes.
