e-Emphasys Signs a Major Managed Services Contract with Tioga Pipe Supply Company Inc.

CARY, N.C. --(Business Wire)-- Sept. 23, 2004 -- e-Emphasys Technologies, a leading provider of managed services, announces that Tioga Pipe Supply Company, a privately held distributor of steel tubular products, signed a long term comprehensive managed services contract to manage their entire IT environment.

Founded in 1946, Tioga Pipes is a leading distributor of carbon, stainless, alloy specialty steel pipe, tubing, fittings, flanges, and related products with three large stocking locations and over 62 acres that translates to 250,000 plus square meters of inventory, from which they service customers throughout the world.

Tioga Pipe Company selected e-Emphasys to manage its entire IT environment covering ERP support and maintenance, data base, network, mail, IT infrastructure and web services management.
