In this position Bradt is responsible for launching silex technology america's best-in-class biometric solutions to the U.S. market.

He boosted the company's best-in-class presence in both civilian and government agencies, as well as the global aerospace and defense industry Bradt also served as a consultant to Convergent, building their government sector and retail offerings in military satellite networks, digital signage and e-learning for the military. Bradt has served in executive positions at a number of burgeoning companies where he successfully increased sales and overall company revenues.
Bradt began his career with Hallmark Cards and IVI Publishing where he won over 60 industry awards for his Internet development for a wide range of clients including The Mayo Health Clinic, Time Warner and Best Buy. Bradt received a BS degree from the Rochester Institute of Technology.
