Service Integrity Expands Executive Team Names Christopher Sauer, VP of Worldwide Sales

NEWTON, Mass. --(Business Wire)-- Sept. 13, 2004 --

Industry veteran to lead selling and channel development efforts for rapidly growing leader in SOA monitoring and analysis market

Service Integrity(TM), Inc., today announced the appointment of Christopher Sauer as the company's Vice President of Worldwide Sales, a new position. Sauer will be responsible for Service Integrity's direct sales organization, channel strategy and business development activities.

Sauer was previously Vice President of Worldwide Sales at Cyanea, a leader in the application management space, acquired by IBM. Sauer also brings extensive industry experience gained during an eight year career at Precise Software Solutions, where he served as Vice President of Global Alliances. Sauer initiated Precise's partner relationship with Veritas which later resulted in their acquisition by Veritas. He was most recently the Vice President of Worldwide Sales at RulesPower, a provider in the business process management industry.

Prior to joining Precise, Sauer managed regional sales for Applix Incorporated in the New York City region for their mission-critical trading floor software.
