(HIA), a leading provider of custom designed insurance programs and services to business, associations and franchise operations announced that Greg Hotchkiss, CPA has joined the company as vice president of agency services. As such, Hotchkiss is responsible for building the infrastructure and underlying support systems for human resources, finance and IT for HIA in their Dallas, Houston, San Antonio, College Station and Hill Country locations.

Prior to joining Hotchkiss Insurance Agency, Inc., Mr. Hotchkiss held management positions with PricewaterhouseCoopers, PepsiCo Food Systems (PFS), subsequently purchased by AmeriServe Food Distribution, Inc. and McLane Foodservice, Inc, a division of Wal-Mart, purchased by Berkshire Hathaway in 2003. At McLane Foodservice, he was the Sr. Manager of Planning and Analysis. In that capacity, he was responsible for the overall annual operating plan for this $4 billion business, financial analysis, new business proposals, and financial review of long-term customer contracts. In his past roles, he gained a reputation for innovation and constantly driving process improvements leveraging high-technology and automation.
