LEXINGTON, Ky. --(Business Wire)-- Nov. 16, 2004 -- Exstream Software, Inc. announced today an agreement with Decision Research Corporation (DRC) of Honolulu, Hawaii. Under the terms of the agreement, DRC will offer Exstream's Dialogue enterprise personalization software and future Exstream products as part of its ongoing mission to help clients create clearer and more relevant customer communications, as well as improve efficiency and reduce overall costs. Exstream chose DRC because of its strong presence in the property and casualty insurance industry. The agreement provides the opportunity for Exstream to further broaden its reach in this market.

Decision Research expects to benefit by offering best-in-class document creation and personalization software and integration services to its customers.
