Modulant Launches Advisory Board; Software Veteran Mike Seashols Tapped to Chair Advisory Board
CHARLESTON, S.C. --(Business Wire)-- Nov. 15, 2004 -- Modulant, a provider of software for re-vitalizing legacy data, today announced the formation of an Advisory Board and named Mike Seashols as its Chairperson. The Advisory Board will allow Modulant to leverage some of the most successful and experienced individuals from the software industry. Comprised of industry executives with many years of experience establishing and managing enterprise-focused software companies, the Advisory Board will provide Modulant with objective input and perspective on key business and software technology issues and trends in the enterprise data and information markets.
Mr. Seashols brings extensive experience and a track record of success in building enterprise software companies to his role as Chairperson of the Modulant Advisory Board. He has contributed to the creation of over twenty companies and businesses, both private and public, over the past 30 years. Mr. Seashols has held executive management positions at several leading software and technology companies, including Oracle, IBM, Documentum, Versant, and GoldenGate. He currently serves on several corporate and advisory boards to leverage his business and technology experience, including Velosel, Callixa, IntelliChem, Encriq, and LCN Technology.
