Telatinos Incorporated Announces New Name and Symbol MIAMI --(Business Wire)-- Nov. 5, 2004 -- Telatinos Inc. (TLTS - OTCBB) (formerly known as Millagro International Corp (MLGI)) today received notification from the National Association of Securities Dealers, Inc. (NASD) that the name and corresponding trading symbol for its common stock has been changed to "TLTS" effective November 8th, 2004. The new name of the Company is Telatinos Inc. The company will trade under the symbol TLTS.In addition to the symbol change, the CUSIP for the new shares will be CUSIP #879195 105. The symbol change to TLTS does not affect the validity of currently outstanding stock certificates issued under CUSIP #60005910. Shareholders are required to take no action to receive new shares. These changes reflect the October 26, 2004 announcement of a change in the shareholder voting majority of the Company, and a corresponding reorganization. Telatinos Corp is a US public investment vehicle for a Latin American IP-based VoIP services provider.
