J.D. Edwards' Former SVP-Americas & Asia Joins Time Industrial As CEO

HOUSTON --(Business Wire)-- May 27, 2004 -- Seasoned Industry Veteran Will Accelerate Unique Supplier Resource Management Solution and Its Proven Value

Evan Chrapko, Founder and Executive Chairman of Time Industrial, announces the appointment of Gerry Bleau as the company's President and CEO. Mr. Bleau is an accomplished veteran in the technology sector, with career experience in industrial concerns. After over a decade in payroll, MIS/admin and consulting, Mr. Bleau joined J.D. Edwards as employee #5 in Canada long before the company had operations in 40 different countries. He advanced steadily to a position on the executive staff at world headquarters in Denver, CO, overseeing 800 people in the Americas and Asia and with full P&L responsibility for $250 million (annual). At J.D. Edwards, Mr. Bleau participated in the sourcing and negotiations of the company's first-ever acquisition and was fully responsible for its successful integration. He was also responsible for negotiating some of the largest deals in J.D. Edwards' history before its $3 billion acquisition by PeopleSoft.

Most recently, Mr. Bleau spent almost 2 years as COO of TempoSoft, a Paris-based Work Force Management software solution, with North American operations based in Atlanta.

According to Mr. Chrapko, "As a startup, we have very rapidly achieved the impossible in a conservative vertical and during a harrowing economic climate. Not only is Time Industrial attracting Global 100 companies as customers, it is now significantly deepening its leadership bench. Gerry's arrival heralds the fact that Time Industrial is a world-class service with extremely high value for its progressive customers. His choice of us over his alternative suitors speaks to the fact that Time Industrial's service drives a game changing, transparent and measurable advantage to the bottom line of the owners and contractors who we serve on long-term contracts."

Evan concludes, "In the 1980's, J.D. Edwards and the other ERP vendors like SAP and PeopleSoft were defining a specific kind of business-improvement industry that became worth tens of billions of dollars. Gerry acquired -- and in some cases he invented -- many "how to's" for making the ERP software sector a fundamental part of the landscape of commerce. Starting today, he will ensure that our build-out of this new and unique arena benefits directly from all his hard-won lessons."

From Gerry's perspective, "I am thrilled to be joining Time Industrial. Evan has a proven track record of building successful companies and I am very excited to be leading a team of great people. Time Industrial provides tremendous cost savings and controls to our customers. Having spent over 15 years working with ERP vendors, it was exciting to find a product solution that delivers significant benefits that ERP systems cannot. Simply stated, Time Industrial products and services make our customers' ERP software better."
