IPCC Members to Host Live VoIP Interoperability Demo at Supercomm

CHICAGO --(Business Wire)-- June 22, 2004 -- IPCC Members to Demo Basic Telephony and Enhanced VoIP Services along with Terminal Equipment (IAD), OSSs, and QoS Monitoring and Management at Booth # 14149

The International Packet Communications Consortium (IPCC) announced today that it will host a demo of VoIP services at booth # 14149 at Supercomm 2004 at McCormick Place in Chicago, June 21-24, 2004. The demo will be available for the duration of the Supercomm 2004 show, showcasing customized VoIP and packet services. The demo combines enhanced VoIP services and teleconferencing services, addressing the needs of residential and business customers. Web-based integration of VoIP, voice mail (VMS), web-based management and differentiated services will also be on display to address Cable and DSL delivered VoIP solutions. Attendees will be able to test the quality of service by making VoIP calls at the booth.

The demo integrates solutions from Service Providers and Vendor member companies, which together, show how to deliver highly reliable, fully managed, VoIP solutions built on industry standards. The demo will include a live display of the entire service spectrum including terminal equipment and Integrated Access Devices (IAD), operational systems, and QoS monitoring and management, for basic telephony and enhanced VoIP services.
